GPS Tracker
Petcube built the pet camera market, went through YC in 2016, and took "make something people want" seriously enough to mean it. The GPS Tracker was the next honest step — real-time location, virtual fencing, health monitoring. I led the design of the app and the marketing site, start to finish.

Business Opportunity
Tracker is a strong subscription-driven business model. In 2022, the GPS pet tracker market on Amazon was full of reviews and short on quality. Thousands of purchases, nothing above 4 stars.
Core Use Case
We started with a big idea — Apple Health, but for dogs. Then we ran discovery workshops with engineers, PMs, talked to real pet parents. And the answer kept coming back the same: the core use case wasn’t wellness, it was "I lost my dog."
Packaging
The packaging is a bone. Sustainable, immediate, unmistakable. We explored a dozen directions. This was the only one that didn't need explaining.
Location History
For nighttime walks, the app shifts dark — easier on the eyes. Location History maps every step with timestamps. Not just where your dog is — where they were, and when.
Virtual Fences
Pet parents can set safe zones and receive instant alerts if their dog wanders too far.
